The Chambourcy race is a timed road-race morning held at the Georges Gallienne sports complex in Chambourcy, Yvelines, west of Paris. The 5 km race, La P'tite Cambo, begins and ends at the sports complex, welcoming adults and eligible younger runners. It is part of a programme that also includes La Camboricienne, a 10 km road race, and La Mini Cambo, a 2 km children's race within the closed sports-complex grounds. Both the 5 km and 10 km races contribute to the Challenge des Yvelines.
The 5 km course is not entirely flat; it is run on roads, ascends towards the Chambourcy hills, and concludes back at the sports complex via Aigremont. The 10 km extends the distance and includes more hill repeats through Chambourcy and Aigremont, offering a more challenging local road course. The 2 km children's race remains within the Georges Gallienne complex, ensuring young participants are kept safe from traffic while utilizing the same event center as the adult races. Now in its 28th edition, the race has the character of an established community event.
