Über dieses Rennen
Transju'Cyclo is a September cycling weekend held in Champagnole, within the Jura Mountains of eastern France. Organized by La Transju, it offers road cyclists multiple options across the same mountain region: timed cyclosportives of 160 km, 110 km, and 70 km, alongside non-racing randonnée formats. The 160 km competitive ride is part of the Fédération Française de Cyclisme's Trophée Label d'Or. The shorter options provide accessible challenges for riders seeking a demanding day without the full distance.
The routes traverse the roads of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, with the Jura's lakes, rivers, climbs, and highland terrain defining the courses. The two-day itinerant randonnée spans approximately 240 km with 3,700 m of elevation gain, limited to 150 participants, fostering a more intimate group dynamic than a mass start. A 70 km randonnée is available for standard and e-bikes, complemented by a 5 km walking randonnée and a children's event, lending the weekend a broader outdoor character beyond a pure racing event. Organizers periodically update routes while maintaining the Transju identity, positioning the event within the larger La Transju series of endurance events in the Jura.
