Triathlon du Lac de Champos is a triathlon held in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, centered on Lake Champos in the Drôme. It provides three race distances: M, S, and XS, accommodating athletes seeking a standard-format challenge and those wanting a shorter introduction to triathlon. The M race includes a 1.5 km swim divided into two 750 m loops, a 40 km road bike course with two 20 km loops, and a 10 km road run also in two 5 km loops. The S race consists of a 750 m swim, a 20 km road bike ride, and a 5 km road run. The XS race offers a 300 m swim, a 10 km bike ride, and a 2.5 km run.
