Dorney Lake Triathlon 26th July

The Dorney Lake Triathlon is a swim-bike-run event held at Dorney Lake, the Olympic rowing venue located near Windsor. Participants can choose from Super Sprint and Standard triathlon distances. An Aquabike option is available for those who prefer to swim and cycle, omitting the run segment. Additionally, a relay format allows teams of two or three to divide the disciplines among members. The swim takes place in the purpose-built lake. The bike and run segments are conducted on the flat terrain surrounding the lake, creating a straightforward course conducive to achieving personal bests, with chip timing in place. Distance markers are present for each discipline, and event staff will guide athletes to the finish line. This event benefits Macmillan Cancer Support, an organization that has assisted individuals with cancer for over a century.
