Wrexham Half Marathon February 2027

The Wrexham Half Marathon begins and ends at Queensway Stadium, a short walk from Wrexham city centre. This new road-closed half marathon takes place in late February, with one race distance and a 09:00 start. Active Leisure Events, the team also responsible for the Chester triple events, organises it. The route keeps runners near the countryside while remaining close to town, offering a more open feel than a typical city-centre circuit. Entry covers chip timing, a themed medal, complimentary race photos, a T-shirt, and post-race treats. The event village provides food and drink, partner giveaways are available at the finish, and marshals offer support along the course. RunThrough memberships are accepted for entry, though member bibs are not valid for this event, and there will be no member desk on race day.
