Miki Run is a muddy cross-country obstacle race on a former military training ground in Piła, Poland. Adults run a 7 km course with roughly 50 to 60 obstacles, while children get a shorter 2 to 2.5 km route with about 25 obstacles. It is built less like a road race and more like a fitness test, with uneven ground, mud, natural barriers, and man-made obstacles asking for strength, balance, and grit as well as running speed.
The event has routes and categories for Open, Elite, Family, and Kids, so it brings together competitive obstacle racers, families, and younger runners. Adults start in waves, including an elite wave, and use electronic timing with a returnable chip from the race pack; children run without timing. Entry fees are treated as donations, and the money goes toward buying a bionic hand prosthesis, which gives the race a clear charity purpose alongside the obstacle-course challenge. CrossFit competitions are also part of the event program.
