The Polish Standard Distance Duathlon Championship in Adamów, Lubelskie, is a run-bike race centered at the LKS Sokół Stadium. The start, finish, and transition zones are all located at the stadium. The event takes place in late September, following the standard duathlon format: a 10 km run, then a 40 km bike leg. Athletes require running speed and the ability to transition efficiently to the bike. The run consists of two 5 km loops through Adamów's streets, including Kleeberga, Cmentarna, Grzymały, Malinowa, Słoneczna, Spółdzielcza, and Targowa. The bike leg comprises two 20 km loops on county roads 1350L and 1359L. The route exits via Wyszyńskiego, passes streets like Męczenników Katynia, Kościuszki, and Pułaskiego, goes through Konorzatka toward Krzówka, and returns via the same path. Time limits are 1 hour 20 minutes for the first run and 3 hours 10 minutes for the combined run and bike, establishing a distinct championship pace.
