Pogórzański Festiwal Biegowy - Lato is a summer race day in Burzyn, near Tuchów in Małopolska, offering 22 km, 10 km, and a 5.5 km trail run. A 5 km Nordic Walking option and separate children’s races are also available, making the program suitable for local families and regular runners alike. LKS Burzyn and Kępa Sport organize the event, aiming to encourage more children and adults into running and active recreation.
The routes are marked every kilometre. Runners receive electronic timing and a starter pack with a T-shirt. The short trail race is listed as Bieg na Elsowo; one edition had 46 starters, with Zbigniew Zięba winning in 22:11. Online entries have reached the participant limit previously, while the organizer still listed extra packages at the race office, giving the event the feel of a small, locally popular festival rather than a large city race.
