The Wieliszewska Piątka is a 5 km night race held in Wieliszew. It begins at 9:30 PM close to Jeziorko Wieliszewskie. The course is officially certified, ensuring that runners aiming for a personal best achieve a properly recognized result. The participant limit is 200, and electronic timing provides the event with the structure of a measured road race.
Runners depart from the lake area as dusk settles and the town lights illuminate the course. All finishers will receive medals. Awards are given to the top runners in the open classification and the fastest residents of the municipality. The race also focuses on local integration, with world champion Patrycja Bereznowska participating. Organizers intend it as the beginning of a local tradition: running Wieliszew after dark.
