Die schnellsten Männer und Frauen kriegen Geldpreise, und die Altersklassensieger bekommen Gutscheine von lokalen Laufläden. Außerdem werden bei dem Event Lebensmittelspenden für die Allentown Rescue Mission gesammelt. Ganz konkret werden Müsli, Konserven, Kaffee, Zucker, Bouillon und Marinara Sauce gebraucht.

Der 3. jährliche Veterans Combat Stigma (US) ist ein Lauf/Spaziergang, um Stigmatisierung zu bekämpfen und auf psychische Gesundheit aufmerksam zu machen. Die größtenteils flache und schnelle Punkt-zu-Punkt-Route führt durch lokale Wohngebiete auf asphaltierten Straßen, mit Start und Ziel am Northampton Community College’s Bethlehem Campus. Der Lauf ist für erfahrene Läufer und Gelegenheitsläufer gleichermaßen gedacht. Walker, Kinderwagen und Hunde an der Leine sind willkommen, aber bitte hinter den Läufern starten. Hilf mit, Bewusstsein zu schaffen und Stigmatisierung zu bekämpfen – "one step at a time!"
