The Amica Newport Marathon & Half Marathon offers a coastal road race in Newport, Rhode Island, with full marathon (26.2-mile) and half marathon (13.1-mile) distances. The Great Woods Marathon is a 26.2-mile race in southeastern Massachusetts, starting and finishing near the Xfinity Center in Mansfield.
