Der Frosty Frolic startet und endet in der Nähe der Marion Motley Statue im Stadium Park und schlängelt sich dabei durch die Weihnachtsbeleuchtung. Dieser zweite Lauf ist eher für Familien gedacht und ermutigt die Teilnehmer, festliche Kleidung zu tragen, wie Ugly Sweaters, Weihnachtsmützen oder andere festliche Kostüme, und nach dem Lauf Kekse und heiße Schokolade zu genießen.
