Über dieses Rennen
The Arkansas Traveller 100 covers 100 miles through Arkansas's Ouachita Mountains. The course begins with a 17-mile loop, followed by an 83-mile out-and-back section. This event is an established American hundred-miler, now in its fourth decade, offering a complete ultramarathon experience.
The course consists of forest roads, jeep trails, and an eight-mile segment of the Ouachita Trail, totaling approximately 12,000 feet of elevation gain. The terrain presents runnable hills that can encourage a fast pace, yet consistently challenge participants. With 23 staffed aid stations, local volunteers, and experienced course participants, it is a suitable option for those running their first 100-mile race. Experienced ultrarunners will find a lengthy, well-supported mountain race that also qualifies for the Western States Endurance Run.
