Über dieses Rennen
The Bethlehem Running Festival, presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, offers a fall weekend of races in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The event centers on downtown streets and includes a variety of distances. The schedule spans three days: the trail run and Kids Run begin Friday afternoon; the 5K and 10K take place Saturday morning; and the Half Marathon and Half Marathon Relay start together Sunday morning. Bart Yasso, known as “The Mayor of Running,” hosts the festival and designs the courses, connecting the event to a prominent figure in American running.
The race options cater to competitive runners, families, and individuals seeking multiple races over the weekend. The Aardvark Sports Shop Trail Run is 3.8 miles. The road races guide participants through the historic streets of downtown Bethlehem. The Kids Run, held on First Street before ArtsQuest, features age-specific distances: a quarter mile for ages 5 and under, a half mile for ages 6 to 8, and one mile for ages 9 to 12. Each child receives a custom BRF bib and medal. The Lehigh Valley IronPigs sponsor the Kids Run.
