Deam Lake Winter Warrior

The Deam Lake Winter Warrior is the Deam Lake event in a winter race series in Borden, Indiana, starting from 1217 Deam Lake Road near the Buzzards Roost Shelter. Runners can choose a 6-mile race, a 12-mile race, a 4-hour endurance format, or a virtual option, accommodating a short trail effort, a longer day, or a loop-based challenge. The course follows the Yellow Trail around Deam Lake, with 4-hour runners repeating the loop as many times as possible before time expires. Packet pick-up is at the start-finish area, with restrooms nearby and an aid station positioned near the trailhead for runners completing multiple loops. The race is cupless, requiring participants to carry a bottle or hydration pack; water, some bottled water, and prepackaged snacks will be available. Finishers receive awards, and overall male and female winners are recognized.
