Kim's Water Ski Classic 2026

Kim's Water Ski Classic is an annual water ski tournament held at Hidden Lake in Clio, Michigan. Class C and Class L skiers compete in a three-round format, with both classes beginning together at 8:00 AM. Skier registration is managed through USA Waterski. This event, now in its seventh year, raises funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The tournament honors Kim Montgomery, a longtime friend and supporter of the Rock CF Foundation. Diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at age 8, she began water skiing at age 4. Montgomery still skis from April through October and attributes her continued health to staying active. Participants receive an event shirt and insulated tumbler. Spectators may purchase tickets that include a shirt, decal, food, and drink. Virtual spectator tickets, with shipping included, are also available.
