Mountaineer Rumble 10 Mile-50K-100K-100 Miler 2026

The Mountaineer Rumble is a trail race series held at Kings Mountain State Park in Clover, South Carolina. Distances range from a 10-mile loop to a 100-miler. The race uses a 10-mile circuit on the CCC Multi-Use Trail, allowing runners to select from 10 Mile, 50K, 100K, and 100 Mile options instead of distinct point-to-point courses. Each loop includes approximately 650 feet of elevation gain and features two aid stations. The 50K consists of three loops and a short out-and-back, the 100K comprises six loops and a longer out-and-back, and the 100-miler is ten full loops. Crews can gather at the start-finish area, which also provides runners with an indoor aid station, drop-bag storage, and a canopy zone. Time limits are set for the longer events: 10 hours for the 50K, 20 hours for the 100K, and 32 hours for the 100-miler. All finishers receive an award, with 100 Mile finishers earning a custom buckle. Since 2022, runners completing all three long distances have been awarded a handmade display award. Cabin lodging is offered to 50K, 100K, and 100 Mile participants during the race weekend.
