This running club helps people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their fitness goals while remaining injury-free. Whether you're training for a marathon, half-marathon, or just maintaining fitness, the Galloway run-walk-run method is beneficial for everyone from brand new to very experienced runners. Weekly mileage increases slowly, safely adding no more than 10% from week to week. Your first session is free, and you can meet teammates for a run/walk in the park. Stick around for coffee after!
