ORRRC Narrows Rabbit Hunt Trail Run

The ORRRC Narrows Rabbit Hunt Trail Run is a 5.7-mile trail race held at the Nature Center in Xenia, Ohio. Participants park across the street at the Russ Research Center, then walk uphill to the Nature Center for check-in prior to the start. ORRRC members participate without charge with a valid membership profile or proof of membership. Non-members aged 15 and older pay a small entry fee, and children 14 and under run free. The course remains on trails, making this a short off-road race rather than a road 10K substitute. Each runner checks in and attaches a timing chip to one shoe; chips are distributed at the table with the green tablecloth. Awards are presented to the first overall male and female finishers, along with masters, grand masters, senior runners, and standard age groups. Volunteers assist with race-day operations, and animals are not permitted except for clearly identified service dogs.
