RRCA certified coaches partner with Lexington Parks and Recreation to help you prepare for the 50th anniversary Bluegrass 10,000 and its newly added 5K. All paces and fitness levels are welcome. You'll meet weekly at local parks, aiming to complete your chosen race distance on event day.
