Pregnancy & Infant Loss 5k

The Life After Loss 5K & Fun Run is a pregnancy and infant loss awareness race held at MacGregor Park on Calhoun Road in Houston. Missing Pieces Support Group organizes it during Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month. The event features a chip-timed 5K run/walk suitable for all experience levels, a 1K fun run/walk, and a virtual option allowing participation anywhere throughout October. The race focuses on remembrance and running. Participants are encouraged to wear pink and blue to show solidarity with families affected by pregnancy or infant loss. Proceeds benefit Missing Pieces care packages, grief support services, and community resources.
