Über dieses Rennen
The Summit Mountain Challenge is a six-race summer mountain bike series held on the trails of Summit County, Colorado, from May through August. Races take place on Wednesday evenings and include long, short, and kids courses, allowing riders to select the distance and difficulty appropriate for them.
The riding features fast singletrack and significant climbs, concluding with the Breckenridge Classic. To be eligible for the overall series win, participants must complete five of the six races on the same course type. Breckenridge Recreation now manages the series, having acquired it from Jeff Wescott of Maverick Sports Promotions. The events are operated under a USDA Forest Service permit within the White River National Forest.
