The Adult Track Meet is a second annual community track meet for adult runners and field-event athletes at 1409 Maple Ave. in Flint, Michigan. Hosted by Run810: Running Club, it is designed for adults of all fitness levels, from those chasing a personal best to those stepping back onto a track after years away.
The meet starts with Bauman's 5000m Run, split into two flights: runners expecting 30 minutes or longer go first, while faster 5000m runners join the main event. Field events include shot put, discus, long jump, and high jump, and the track lineup includes sprints and hurdles, including women's 100m hurdles and men's 110m hurdles. A Throwers Relay gives current and former throwers their own team event, which makes the meet feel less like a standard road race and more like an adult version of a full school-style track day.
