Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs 2027

Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs is a spring trail race at Three Creeks Conservation Area, located south of Columbia, Missouri. Participants can select from 10-mile, 20-mile, 50K, and 10-mile ruck options, all utilizing a dirt loop of approximately ten miles. The loop consists mainly of single-track, with sections of jeep and gravel road, featuring about 950 feet of elevation gain and roughly ten creek crossings per loop. The event is limited to 125 participants across all races. The area holds historical significance, as much of it was once owned and farmed in small plots by freed slaves following the Civil War; remnants of old homesteads can still be seen.
