ALOHA TRI Mondseeland begins at the Seefestgelände in Mondsee am Mondsee, with the race weekend centered on a Sunday in September. This triathlon event, set in Austria’s Salzkammergut region, provides middle, short, and sprint distances, alongside aquabike, bike-run, and relay choices. The cycling route encircles Mondsee and Attersee, the primary reason organizers cite it as one of Austria’s most scenic triathlons. The competition is open to more than just traditional swim-bike-run athletes; aquabike racers, bike-run participants, relay squads, and sprint-distance competitors all utilize the event grounds. The weekend also features bib collection, on-site registration, early access to the transition area, Sunday afternoon award ceremonies, and a Saturday pasta dinner hosted by ALOHA SPORT aboard the MS Mondsee.
