Fadensteiglauf

An extreme mountain run, short but tough. The Fadensteiglauf course goes over the Lahningpiste to the Edelweißhütte, then through rocky terrain on the Fadensteig. It's constantly and steeply uphill, requiring you to use all fours at times. The finish at Fischerhütte is a real "Stairway to heaven!" After the run, a beach party with music, BBQ, and Stiegl beer takes place on the mountain.
