Sports House at Sydney Olympic Park hosts the practical, in-person component of this Level 2 coaching pathway. This day is for coaches who have completed their coaching logbook and online modules. It is designed for coaches working with Ultimate athletes and teams who have progressed further, specifically National Championships Division 1 and 2 squads, university teams, and those advancing their official accreditation. This is a working coach’s day, not a passive seminar. It includes full-day training, catering, and an in-person assessment. The broader Development Coach curriculum focuses on teaching athletes the technical model for Track and Field events, developing biomotor abilities, and conducting structured, coach-led practices to prepare athletes for local, regional, and state competition. With a small group size, the session offers direct, hands-on instruction.
