Bierloop Holsbeek

Bierloop Holsbeek is a jogging event held in August at Klein Langeveld in Holsbeek, Flemish Brabant. Adult participants can select from 3, 7, or 14 km courses. Children's races range from 150 to 600 metres, with distances tailored to age groups. The 3 km route is entirely on paved surfaces, whereas the 7 and 14 km routes include hilly forest sections on the Kesselberg. The longer races feature two aid stations along the course, plus a drink point at the finish. Runners should bring their own cup or bottle. Sporta manages the results. The top three men and women in each category receive prizes, and participants get a small souvenir upon returning their bib. Following the races, a fair terrace and live performances continue the event, suggesting a community summer gathering with running elements rather than a simple race.
