The Jogging d'Automne Bonne Esperance begins and ends within the botanical garden of the Abbaye de Bonne-Espérance, located near Binche in Hainaut, Belgium. This local autumn running event features a primary race of approximately 9 km, alongside shorter youth races and a walking option. As part of the Challenge de la Province du Hainaut, it integrates into a broader regional running series.
The course follows the abbey's perimeter, utilizing a rural combination of country roads, farm tracks, and the Ravel path. With roughly 65 meters of elevation gain and a standard difficulty, the varied terrain prevents it from being a simple road circuit. Walkers share the same general area. Participants receive water at approximately 5 km, with water, oranges, biscuits, and raisins available at the finish. The Collège de Bonne-Espérance organizes the event, providing on-site amenities such as changing rooms, showers, and a cloakroom.
