K3 Ultra 2026

The K3 Ultra starts in front of the municipality, leading into the heart of the Rhodopes. This mountain ultra race, inspired by the Gold Border Race, is organized by the Club for Sport and Tourism K3 Ultra. Its mission is to promote an active lifestyle and the beauty of the Rhodopes through sport, demanding serious preparation from the outset. Runners on the GEOPS and GBR routes will face significant climbs and steep descents across typically mountainous terrain, reflecting the characteristic rhythm of the Rhodopes. This is where the mountain is not just a running terrain, but a place for connection – with oneself, with nature, and with others. As part of the BG Ultra Slam and UltraCube series, the event offers added value for participants striving for greater achievements in the ultra-running community.
