The Flyin Feet Five Miler is a five-mile trail race held in June within Fredericton, New Brunswick. The course runs through Odell Park, starting near Smythe Street. Smythe Street Church hosts the event to support Tutapona, a non-profit offering mental health care to refugees impacted by war. The main race employs chip timing, and a free Kids 1K Fun Run is also offered on the park's primary trail.
The five-mile course utilizes Odell Park's main trails, featuring low technical difficulty and a single steep climb around mile four. Musicians are stationed along the route, providing a rhythm for runners as they pass through the park. The kids' run includes bubbles and finisher badges crafted by Fredericton High School students. It connects to related 1K events for children in locations such as Kurdistan, Ukraine, and Uganda. Following the races, the event proceeds to awards, door prizes, merchandise, international cuisine, fundraising awards, and entertainment provided by Dragonmire Petting Zoo.
