Onesie Run

Calgary's East Village hosts Canada's only official dedicated Onesie Run, starting at 618 Confluence Way Southeast. The event features short 1 km and 5 km routes, with cool fall weather selected to allow comfortable movement in onesies. This is an all-levels event where participants can walk, jog, or run. Budget-friendly youth and children entries are available for those 18 and under. The routes offer simple distance options, not a demanding race. However, prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in the kids' 1 km and all-ages 5 km. All participants receive a finisher medal and a swag bag. Previous swag bags have contained local gift cards from businesses like Great White Car Wash, Spolumbo's Deli, and Sport Chek. The run supports the Calgary Humane Society by raising awareness and funds. Leashed pets are permitted, aligning with the event's animal-welfare theme.
