2HRADY (Bradlecká Lhota - Kumburk)

2HRADY is a short mountain race starting in Bradlecká Lhota, Semily district, Liberec region. Its name references the two castle landmarks: Bradlec and Kumburk. The main race begins at 10:00 from the Cultural House, covering 7.2 km of off-road terrain with 290 m of elevation gain on a compact route. It is part of the Krakonoš Czech Cup in mountain running, fitting into the local hill-running schedule. The course passes over the Bradlec and Kumburk castles, giving the race a distinct point-to-point character despite a simple route description. Separate children's races follow the main event, with distances of 50 m, 100 m, and 1500 m. Winning times for men are around 28 minutes, and for women around 33 minutes, indicating rapid progress at the front of the field.
