Běh města Příbrami is a city running event held at the Nový Rybník area in Příbram, with the race hub situated around the Novák and Fialák ponds. It takes place on the first Saturday in October, beginning with children’s races in the morning before the main adult programme. TRI KLUB PŘÍBRAM organizes the event, attracting hundreds of children, adults, families, and relay teams.
The programme offers various distances for different groups: children compete in shorter, age-appropriate races, women run 5 km, men run 10 km, and relay teams divide the distance into four 2.5 km legs. The course follows park paths and asphalt around the pond area. The relay categories contribute significantly to the local character: student relays are designated for school or university students, while family relays require participants to be related. Children and student relays have no entry fee, supporting its role as a community race alongside a standard road-running event.
