Svatojánská 20 begins and ends on the LOKO Beroun track, providing this local endurance race a stadium atmosphere before it proceeds into Beroun. It takes place in November and has been held since 1985, organized by TJ Lokomotiva Beroun’s athletics and triathlon section. The primary format is divided by category: men compete in an 18 km race, while women and men aged 70 and over run 11 km; the shorter option is described as a 10 km-style race and the longer one as nearly a half marathon.
Both courses start with a single lap of the athletic track, then exit the stadium via the footbridge over the Litavka toward the train station. The longer course is an out-and-back route, including a cross-country section around Loděnický stream near the road to Hostim, where autumn leaves can accumulate on the trail. A recent running attracted 137 participants, indicating it is more of a club-runner and local endurance event than a large city race, featuring straightforward logistics and an affordable entry fee.
