The Neuensteiner Stadtlauf begins and ends at Vorstadtplatz in Neuenstein, directing runners onto a 2.5-kilometer asphalt circuit through the historic old town. This city road race offers five start options, accommodating children, teams, and experienced runners in a single event. The circuit is short per lap but features a hilly profile, making the old-town loop more challenging than a basic town-center run. The schedule includes a 400-meter Bambini run, a 1-kilometer children's race, a 10-kilometer main race, and a 4 x 2.5-kilometer relay for teams. Race-day registration is open from 2:00 PM, closing 30 minutes prior to each start. The event is also a fixture of the Hohenloher Lauf Cup.
