ITH-Hennesee-Triathlon 2026

The ITH-Hennesee-Triathlon takes place in June at the Hennesee near Meschede. Racing is set around the lake and the adjacent roads. The event provides sprint, Volksdistanz, Olympic-distance, and relay options. This allows beginners to select a shorter distance, while seasoned competitors can opt for the longer format. The course incorporates the lake area and its varied terrain, offering more diversity than a simple flat out-and-back course. Over 400 athletes from Germany are anticipated. The relay offers a practical team approach, with three participants sharing the swim, bike, and run segments. TriFun Hennesee, ITH Schraubtechnik GmbH, and Stadtmarketing Meschede are the organizers, supported by volunteer helpers.
