Sommerstaffel Norden (Citylauf-Norden)

Norden's city center hosts a day of running. The Sommerstaffel Norden invites participants of all levels, from Bambini to elite athletes, to race through the city center and around the Torfmarkt. Relays require four runners, but individuals are also welcome. For student relays, a maximum of one girl per team is allowed, encouraging broader participation.
