Marxa Cicloturista Ports del Maresme - Llarga 140k

The Llarga version of Marxa Cicloturista Ports del Maresme takes riders from Arenys de Munt to the summit of Montseny. This May cyclotourist gran fondo is organized by Muntbikes CC and is now in its twelfth edition. The long option covers 147 km, though labeled as 140k, and the event also provides a 96 km short route. Riders begin at Can Sala de Baix, near the start in Arenys de Munt and close to the MuntBikes shop. The course utilizes the Maresme landscape between the coast and the mountains, featuring wooded sections and a summit finish for the long course. The format accommodates riders deciding between a shorter gran fondo or the full, climb-intensive version to Montseny.
