L’Équipée de la Rose is a three-person team race in Rosheim, scheduled for late March. It is not a straightforward road race; teams navigate five stages that combine hilly trail running with Bike and Run segments. The entry limit is 140 teams, allowing for a local feel while requiring genuine teamwork.
The course challenges teams to alternate between running on rolling trails and sharing effort in Bike and Run stages. Rosheim Running organizes the event. Its fourteenth edition was canceled with only 34 teams registered, significantly fewer than the 75 teams organizers anticipated by race day. Robert Reichenbach, the association secretary, stated the decision was difficult and unprecedented, and registered participants received refunds.
