La Course des 3 Clochers is a nature-running event in the village of Cuissai, in Orne. The 7 km race starts at 10:30 in the morning. This short race is capped at 200 runners, costs 7 euros to enter, and is open to runners born in 2010 or earlier. It is the more accessible option on a programme that also includes a 15 km race starting half an hour earlier.
The 7 km route switches between roads and trails, with 60 meters of climbing spread across a rolling course. The climbs are light, so the race suits runners who want mixed terrain without committing to a long trail effort. The 15 km version adds a tougher test, with roads and paths, 160 meters of climbing, and a 300-runner limit. The event is organized by the Comité d’animation de Cuissai, giving it the feel of a local village race.
