The Tour du Golfe by Maxxis is a 110 km cycling race beginning in La Croix-Valmer, on the French Mediterranean coast. The route includes 1,800 m of climbing, combining sea-view roads with significant ascents within the same day. Entry costs 65 euros, and electric-assist bikes are permitted but do not factor into the rankings. The course incorporates climbs for a King of the Mountains competition, where the leading climber receives a polka dot jersey. A general classification recognizes the strongest riders over the entire route, alongside a team ranking for groups of three.
