The Trail d'Èze begins and ends in Èze village, located on the Moyenne Corniche high above the Côte d'Azur in the Alpes-Maritimes. The event features three trail races: 30K, 19K, and 11K. Additionally, walking and hiking options are available for 19K and 11K. This February trail event takes place within the Departmental Parks of the Alpes-Maritimes, with the 30K route including approximately 1,500 metres of elevation gain.
The courses traverse terrain that combines sea and mountain elements. If conditions permit, participants will run about one kilometre along the pebble beach before ascending back towards Èze. The 30K race is highlighted by the organizers as “The Race,” a single-loop course featuring forest and natural trails. The finish is situated at Col d'Èze, offering expansive views of the coastline. Azur Tri - Athlé organizes the event, supported by Cédric Amand, local volunteers, and contributions from Èze village, the festival committee, municipal police, and the tourist office.
