Trail de Queyssac is a small charity trail event in Queyssac, Dordogne, offering a 12 km course for runners and walkers. Starting from the village in the morning, the event limits participation to 300 people, making it feel more like a community gathering than a large race.
No bibs or rankings are provided, highlighting the day's focus: participants gather to be active and raise funds. A 25 km mountain-bike route is also available. Organizers Parmonzeparvo and the local festival committee dedicate the event to supporting research for Charcot disease and Cockayne syndrome, along with a local family or association. Since its inception, the trail has contributed over 60,000 euros to research, with Yohann Durand and Nicolas Darmaillacq serving as long-term patrons.
