Trails de Nans is a trail-running event held in Nans-les-Pins, a village in the Var region situated within the Sainte-Baume massif. Taking place at the start of June, the event features two distances: a 22 km course with 800 m of elevation gain and a 12 km course with 350 m of elevation gain. The local association BOL D’AIR is the organizer, and the race is included in the departmental Running 83 challenge.
The courses are contained entirely within the commune of Nans-les-Pins, utilizing the local terrain instead of road circuits. Participants will run on forest tracks, shaded paths, and through small, enclosed valleys, offering both distances a distinct impression of the Sainte-Baume landscape. The event was previously known as the Ronde Nansaise, adding a local historical dimension to its current trail running format.
