The series is intentionally straightforward and economical, offering distinct prices for affiliated and non-affiliated runners, along with a reduced rate for entering the full series before the initial race. The races commence and conclude within Pontcanna Fields, with the finish line situated on Spine Road. The present course configuration bypasses the SWALEC stadium and maintains a constant finish location throughout the series.
