Deal Tri Dinosaur 10K

This is the 44th running of a quirky race, named for a club co-founder nicknamed "old dinosaur." The course starts at the seafront, goes through Walmer, includes undulating sections near Kingsdown, and finishes with a flat 4k along the coast. It's mostly tarmac with a short trail section. Finishers receive a specially designed, sustainably sourced medal, the first in a series of seven. There are also lucky dip bib number prizes.
