Peak District Ultras

From the Peveril Centre on the edge of the Peak District, this is trail running with its shoulders squared. Peak District Ultras is built around the hills, forests, and mountain ground of the national park, with the longest option described as a serious challenge even for experienced ultra runners. The route offers a "grand tour of the park," "showcasing all aspects of the beautiful and varied landscapes" rather than providing one easy rhythm. Expect seasoned ultra company: people who understand long climbs, rough ground, and late-race decisions when legs are already loaded.
