Stowmarket Striders Friday Five

Run Haughley Park on this multi-terrain course. The route starts and finishes in Haughley Park, with the first half mile off-road. You'll then head onto quiet country roads around the park before looping back for a park finish. The route is mostly flat, with a couple of short climbs in the last mile, ending in a downhill sprint across the park to the finish.
