The Magnificent 7 Mile Road Race

This tough, well-marshalled course winds through country lanes near Saltash, offering views across the Tamar and Lynher estuaries. It's a hilly route, unsuitable for wheelchairs. Every finisher receives a sustainable medal. Baggage, showers, and refreshments are available at the Rugby Club.
